I do not delight in seeing My children in pain. I do not willingly afflict the children of men. But you know, My child, that I have suffered for you, and that those who love Me are given to share in My sufferings. You do not, you cannot, understand this with your natural mind. Only the experience itself can reveal what I am saying.<br \/> You have not been a willing participant in My suffering, and have sought various ways to avoid it. Only My persistent love that would not let you go prevailed\u2014and you see a little clearer, do you not, the secrets hidden there?
