And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the Lord.

My child, the times and the time are in My hands. I am never late, and I keep watch on those who are Mine. The insignificant things that pass your notice are all part of My timing. I want you to become more aware of these small evidences that I put before you. They can strengthen your faith and trust in Me. Become aware of the structure of each day, for in that structure I am at work\u2014for you
and for everyone involved. Coming and going, present and absent\u2014 these are all part of that structure.
You wonder why I do not tell you more. Each \u201csmall\u201d word carries the seed of change and growth\u2014and I expect your cooperation in responding to each one.
