October 13 Echoes of Eternity
So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord.
Jonah 3:3
Come to My side where rivers of mercy flow freely. Cleansing and renewal are ever to be found here. Let your tears mingle with Mine for all that is and has been amiss in your life. Let the tears be of sorrow and of joy. The three days spent in the deep were days of change for Jonah. Even though his nature and opinions still rose up, nevertheless he obeyed My voice and went to Nineveh with My word. I charge you, My child, to be a faithful bearer of My word. Do not
allow your fear of the disapproval of others make you unfaithful. You cannot enter fully into My joy and strength unless and until you risk that disapproval in order to deliver My word as faithfully as you can. I tell you that I am your shield and great reward! You did not choose Me, but I have chosen you to be a bearer of My word. O My child, do not fail yourself and Me!
