Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

I am the Lord your God. Look for Me in all that comes to pass today. View the circumstances as My will—and do not struggle against them. Be at peace within, My son, for I am He who brings
the gift of peace. When you are sad within and do not understand your own emotions, you “dis-stress” yourself, and stay stressed inside when you could be resting in My goodness and love. My will for you is to seek and find a heavenly rest—a rest that goes beyond your outer circumstances and is not disturbed by them.
